About this course
A year-long course in reading, writing, speaking and listening. Students study fiction and nonfiction texts, craft arguments, and develop their own voice as writers.

Late work
Assignments may be turned in up to one week late for partial credit. Talk to me before the due date if something is getting in the way.
Absences
Check the class folder for what you missed. You have as many days as you were absent to make up the work.

Arrive ready to work, listen when others are speaking, treat materials with care, and ask for help early.
